Pamela Pitcher founded Document Creations 15 years ago with service for business and the individual in mind. Her goal is to provide cost effective services that increase productivity and reduce training costs. Pamela has demonstrated computer and writing expertise in developing training manuals, operating procedures, and documentation. Pamela has been on the side of the end user. She understands the concerns of “the little guy."

Pamela also has over 14 years experience in newsletter, booklet, business card, and brochure layout and publishing. Her experience includes creating newsletters, booklets, business cards, and brochures for women’s organizations, healthcare, insurance, and various other industries. Pamela achieved a Professional Certificate in Computer Graphic Design at Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT in 1995.

Mike Dalton joined Document Creations as a consultant in early 2006. He brings with him innovative solutions to meet a client's goals through the use of dynamic graphic design and illustration created with pride, craftsmanship, and integrity.

Mike graduated in 2005 from The Art Design College of Tucson. Mike works in graphic design, illustration, and the occassional fine art portrait. Mike has worked as a technical illustrator for an avionics company. He has designed Web sites and logos for local as well as national companies. Mike is a great addition to Document Creations by adding graphic design services as well as skilled writing capabilities.
